O Lord, soak me in your heavenly rain.
Let every fiber of my being be drenched in your love and mercy.
Let the power of your presence satisfy my soul like the morning dew.
Wash me your cleansing stream.
My my sin be wiped away like a flood in the desert.
My my thirst be satisfied by your living water.
My you sooth my troubled soul with your healing fountain.
My you overwhelm me like a waterfall.

Jesus, it is difficult to wait.
I'm not built for waiting.
Spontaneous, impetuous best describe me.
Teach me to wait.

I would sit at your feet.
I would wait in your presence.
I would listen for your words.
Help me know your voice.

Help me recognize your whisper.
May I joy in your laughter.
May I be silent in your discipline.
May I grasp your words of life.

Your words are strength for the day.
Your touch is courage for the moment.
Your presence is protection from the circumstance.
Your silence is the power of friendship.

O lord let me learn in silence
Let me hear your word,
May you speak the living word.
Change my mind, change my heart
Renew me, restore me, remind me.

Steel my will to walk in obedience.
May my heart be at peace in following your word.
Let my mind grasp the power of your word.
